الملخص:

يَهْدِفُ البَحْثُ إِلَى دِرَاسَةِ مَخْطُوطٍ بِعُنْوَانِ: “رسالة المسلك المعول في تحقيق التقسيم الأول إلى الخاص والعام والمشترك والمؤول” لِلعَلَّامَةِ عصام الدين أحمد بن مصطفى طَاشكُبْرِي زَادَهْ (ت:964هـ) وَتَحْقِيقهَا، وَهِيَ رِسَالَةٌ تُعَالِجُ إِشْكَالِيَّةً أُصُولِيَّةً لُغَوِيَّةً دِلَالِيَّةً تتمثل بطبيعة تصنيف أَنْوَاعِ الدِلَالِة إلى خاص وعام ومشترك ومؤول، وبيان الفوارق الدِلَالِيَّة لكل نوعٍ منها ووظيفة كُلٍّ منها، ومدى تأثير تلك الفوارق في استنباط الأحكام والبناء عليها؛ حيث تعرض المؤلف إلى عدد من الأقوال التي تناولت هذه الإشكالية مؤيدًا لبعضها ومخالفًا لأخرى؛ وَلِتَحْقِيقِ هَدَفِ البَحْثِ اِسْتَخْدَمَ البَاحِثَانِ المَنْهَجَ اَلِاسْتِقْرَائِيَّ اَلتَّارِيخِيًّ فِي مَعْرِفَةِ المُؤَلَّفِ وَالْمَخْطُوطِ وَصِحَّةِ نِسْبَتِهِ إِلَيْهِ، وَالْمَنْهَجَ الوَصْفِيَّ فِي عَرْضِ مَنْهَجِ المُؤَلِّفِ، وَبَيَانِ أُسْلُوبِهِ. وَقَدْ اِقْتَضَتْ طَبِيعَةُ البَحْثِ تَقْسِيمَهُ إِلَى قِسْمَيْنِ: عالج الأول دِرَاسَةَ المُؤَلِّفِ، واَلرِّسَالَةِ. أَمَّا اَلثَّانِي فَتَنَاوَلَ تَحْقِيقَ نَصِّ اَلرِّسَالَةِ تَحْقِيقًا عِلْمِيًّا. ثُمَّ خَاتِمَةً بأَهَمَّ اَلنَّتَائِجِ وَالتَّوْصِيَاتِ.

:Abstract

The research aims to study and verify a manuscript entitled: “The Treatise on the Reliable Path in Realizing the First Division into the Specific, the General, the Common, and the Interpreted” by the scholar Issam Al-Din Ahmad bin Tashkubari Zadeh (d. 964 AH), which is a treatise treats a fundamental linguistic and semantic problem. Controls: Classifying the types of semantics into Specific, General, Common, and Interpreted, and explaining the semantic differences, the effect of each type and the function of each, and the extent of those differences in deducing judgment and building on them. The author presented a number of opinions that raised this problem, supporting some and contradicting others. To achieve the research goal, the researchers used the historical inductive approach in knowing the author, the manuscript and the accuracy of its attribution to it. A descriptive approach was used in presenting the author’s approach and explaining his style. The nature of the research necessitated its division into two parts: the first dealt with the author’s study, and the thesis. The second dealt with verifying the text of the message scientifically. Then a conclusion with the most important results and recommendations was provided. ‏
