     هدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى واقع تطبيق الريادة المؤسسية المتمثلة بأبعادها المختلفة: (الإبداع، الابتكار، الاستباقية، المخاطرة المحسوبة، التجديد الاستراتيجي) في المستشفيات الخاصة في محافظة إب، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بعدد (6) مستشفيات رئيسة في مركز المحافظة، وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة البحث (248) مفردة، وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية النسبية، واستخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة لجمع بيانات البخث، وتم جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي (spss-26). ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: أن درجة ممارسة أبعاد الريادة المؤسسية إجمالًا لدي الموظفين في المستشفيات الخاصة محل البحث حصلت على درجة ممارسة (متوسطة)، وكانت جميع الأبعاد بدرجة (متوسطة) ماعدا بُعد التجديد الاستراتيجي الذي كانت درجته (عالية). وخلص الباحث إلى تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: تعزيز الاهتمام بالريادة المؤسسية في المستشفيات لتعزيز مركزها التنافسي، خصوصًا مع اشتداد حدة المنافسة بين المستشفيات الخاصة في محافظة إب.

:Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of applying institutional leadership represented by its various dimensions (creativity, innovation, proactivity, calculated risk, strategic renewal) in private hospitals in Ibb Governorate. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study community was represented by (6) main hospitals in the governorate center. The number of study sample members was (248) individuals. They were selected using the proportional stratified random sample method. The researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect the study data. The data was collected and analyzed using appropriate statistical methods using the statistical program (SPSS-26). Among the most prominent results reached by the researcher: The degree of practicing the dimensions of institutional leadership in general among employees in the private hospitals under study obtained a (medium) practice degree, and all dimensions were (medium) except for the strategic renewal dimension, which had a (high) degree. The researcher concluded by presenting a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Enhancing interest in institutional leadership in hospitals to enhance their competitive position, especially with the intensification of competition between private hospitals in Ibb Governorate.
