واقع تطبيق سلاسل الإمداد في مجموعة شركات هائل سعيد انعم (دراسة حالة في شركة الألبان والأغذية الوطنية-تعز)

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق سلاسل الإمداد (الشراكة مع الموردين، العلاقة مع الزبائن، جودة المعلومات المتبادلة، ممارسات الرشاقة الداخلية) في مجموعة هائل سعيد انعم: دراسة حالة في شركة الالبان والأغذية الوطنية -تعز، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخداما الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، فيما تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع موظفي الشركة والبالغ عددهم (230)؛ تم التطبيق على (2018)، من مدراء العموم، ومدراء الإدارات ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام والمشرفين والمختصين في شركة الألبان والأغذية الوطنية-تعز، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة طبقية غير تناسبية، وأعتمد الباحثان أسلوب الحصر الشامل، والبرامج الإحصائية الاجتماعية (SPSS). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن مستوى تطبيق سلاسل الإمداد بدرجة مرتفعة بجميع أبعاده المذكورة أعلاه. كما أوصى الباحثان ضرورة اهتمام إدارة شركة الألبان والأغذية الوطنية بالممارسة الدائمة لجميع أبعاد سلاسل الإمداد من أجل تحقيق التميز والريادة في أدائها.

:Abstract

 The current study aimed at the reality of the application of supply chains (partnership with suppliers, relationship with customers, quality of information exchanged, internal agility practices) in Hayel Saeed Anam Group: A case study in the National Dairy and Food Company – Taiz, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect study data, and the study population consisted of general managers, directors of departments and their deputies, heads of departments, supervisors and specialists in the National Dairy and Food Company – Taiz under study, and the study sample was determined In the manner of the comprehensive inventory method, where it reached (230) single, and (218) items were retrieved, and many appropriate statistical methods were used within the package of social statistical programs (SPSS) The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The level of application of supply chains is high in its dimensions, partnership with suppliers, relationship with customers, quality of mutual information, internal agility practices. The researchers also recommended the need for the management of the National Dairy and Food Company to pay attention to the permanent practice of all dimensions of supply chains in order to achieve excellence and leadership in its performance.
