الملخص:

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة المتمثلة بـ (دعم القيادة، الاهتمام بالعميل، التحسين المستمر، إدارة العمليات، نظام معلومات الجودة) في شركات ومؤسسات المقاولات والتشييد في أمانة العاصمة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من مدراء العموم، ومدراء الإدارات، ورؤساء الأقسام، والاستشاريين، والفنيين في شركات ومؤسسات المقاولات محل البحث، وتم تحديد عينة البحث بطريقة الحصر الشامل لمجتمع البحث؛ حيث بلغت (121) مفردة، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة ضمن حزمة البرامج الإحصائية الاجتماعية (SPSS).

وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أَنَّ واقع تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة إجمالًا في شركات ومؤسسات المقاولات والتشييد في أمانة العاصمة من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مستوى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة إجمالًا في شركات ومؤسسات المقاولات والتشييد محل البحث تبعًا لمتغيرات البحث (المستوى الوظيفي، سنوات الخبرة).

ومن ثم توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: ضرورة الاهتمام بالأنشطة والمهام التي من شأنها تعزيز تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في شركات ومؤسسات المقاولات اليمنية محل البحث.

:Abstract

The study aimed to measure the level of application of comprehensive quality standards (leadership support, customer care, continuous improvement, operations management, communication and information system), and to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect study data. The study population consisted of general managers, department directors, department heads, consultants, and managers in the contracting companies and institutions under study. The study sample was determined by a comprehensive inventory of the study population, and it amounted to (121) individuals. The data was analyzed using appropriate statistical methods within the social statistical software package (SPSS).

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the degree of application of comprehensive quality standards in general in the contracting companies and institutions under study was high, and that the most widely practiced and used comprehensive quality standard is customer care. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences regarding the level of application of comprehensive quality standards in general. In the contracting and construction companies under study, depending on the study variables, academic qualification, job level, and years of experience).

In light of the results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: the need for attention Activities and tasks that would enhance the effectiveness of applying comprehensive quality standards in companies And the Yemeni contracting institutions under study
