الملخص:

هدف البحث إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق نظم ذكاء الأعمال بأبعاده المتمثلة (جمع وتخزين البيانات، التنقيب في البيانات، تحليل ومعالجة البيانات، لوحة المعلومات) في شركات هائل سعيد أنعم وشركائه، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وبلغ أفراد عينة البحث (200) مفردة من الوظائف القيادية والإشرافية والتخصصية في الشركات محل البحث، تم اختيارهم باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وتم استرجاع (172) استبانة، وقد تم تحليل استمارات الاستبانة، باستخدام حزمة البرامج الإحصائية الاجتماعية (SPSS). وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أَنَّ مستوى تطبيق نظم ذكاء الأعمال عمومًا في شركات هائل سعيد أنعم وشركائه عالٍ جدًا؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي بحسب آراء عينة البحث (4.22). وخلص البحث الى العديد من التوصيات، أهمهما: تعزيز استخدام نظم ذكاء الأعمال في شركات هائل سعيد أنعم وشركائه بشكل أكبر مما هو عليه الآن. تقييم وتحديث وتوفير أنظمة متطورة لتحليل ومعالجة البيانات تعمل على مشاركة نتائج التحليل لجميع الأقسام والإدارات المختلفة في الشركات محل البحث.

:Abstract

The research aimed to know the reality of the application of business intelligence systems in its dimensions (data collection and storage, data mining, data analysis and processing, dashboard) in the companies of Hayel Saeed Anam and his partners, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, and the members of the research sample reached (200) single leadership, supervisory and specialized positions in the companies in question were selected using the stratified random sample method, and (172) questionnaires were retrieved, and the questionnaire forms were analyzed using a package Social Statistical Programs (SPSS). The research reached a set of results, most notably: that the level of application of business intelligence systems in general in the companies of Hayel Saeed Anam and his partners is very high, as the arithmetic average according to the opinions of the research sample reached (4.22). Evaluating, updating and providing advanced data analysis and processing systems that share the results of the analysis to all different departments and departments in the companies in question.
