المسائل العقدية والفقهية عند الإمام الشرواني في حاشيته على تفسير البيضاوي من أول سورة الكهف إلى آخر سورة الحج

 المستخلص:

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول المسائل العقدية والفقهية عند الإمام الشرواني في حاشيته على تفسير البيضاوي من أول سورة الكهف إلى آخر سورة الحج؛ إذ يُعَدُّ واحدًا من المصادر المهمة في علم التفسير، وقد تضمن هذا البحث، مقدمة فيها: أسباب اختيار البحث، وأهدافه، ومنهجه، وحدوده، وهيكلته. وثلاثة مباحث: تناول الأول التعريف بالإمام محمد بن جمال الدين الشرواني(ت: 1063هـ)، تناول الثاني المسائل العقدية عنده نطاق البحث المحدد، أما الثالث فتناول المسائل الفقهية عنده في النطاق المذكور، ثم خاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث، ثم مصادر البحث ومراجعه.

Abstract

This research aims to address the doctrinal and jurisprudential issues of Imam Al-Sharwani in his footnote on the interpretation of Al-Baydani from the beginning of Surat Al-Kahf to the end of Surat Al-Hajj; It is considered one of the important sources in the science of interpretation, and this research included an introduction: the reasons for choosing the research, its objectives, its approach, its limits, and its structure. And three sections: the first dealt with introducing Imam Muhammad bin Jamal Al-Din Al-Sharwani (d. 1063 AH), the second dealt with doctrinal issues with the specific scope of the research, and the third dealt with his jurisprudential issues within the aforementioned scope, and then a conclusion in which the most important results reached by the researcher, then sources Research and references.
